A standard journey is defined as being from one pick up address to the destination, extra pick-ups or drops will be charged at an appropriate rate.
All fares quoted are excluding toll charges and parking fees, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all flight details are correct; flight numbers, arrival times, dates etc. Full fares will be charged for any journeys made by us where incorrect information has been provided.
Severe flight delays upon returning to the United Kingdom could result in our drivers not being at the terminal when you arrive. If this happens please do not leave the airport. At your earliest opportunity contact our office and we will endeavour to get another vehicle to you but we accept no responsibility for any costs incurred by yourselves should you make alternative arrangements.
In situations such as road or river crossing closures due to severe weather conditions, accidents or other unforeseen reasons, it is possible that we may be unable to complete your journey. Although every attempt will be made to arrive at your destination, if it is not possible a full refund will be given, but we will not be liable for any loss caused by these delays.
We reserve the right to use whatever vehicle we deem suitable for your journey.
